AVP-MS IT Product Expert

Responsibilities

• Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue target 
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap along with input from cross functional teams for IT Infrastructure Services 
• Provide input to the product manager team regarding the development of new features and services required by customers 
• Accompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and clients if necessary to: 
• Deliver presentation and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson 
• Responding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure for customers and other internal stakeholder 
• Plan and conduct technical enablement for enterprise solutions and delivery team 

Requirements
Qualification: 

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 

Related Experience: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on on-prem storage and servers. Experience in infrastructure consulting and migration is a huge plus. 

Skills: 

Technical Skills: 

1. Deep understanding of various storage technologies (SAN, NAS, object storage) and servers (physical, virtual). 

2. Experience in implementing and managing server operating systems (Windows, Linux). 

3. Expertise in troubleshooting and solving technical problems. 

4. Experience in using infrastructure monitoring and management tools (such as Nagios, Zabbix). 

 
Communication Skills: Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical concepts to different audiences  

Presentation Skills: Have the ability to deliver interesting and informative presentations  

Customer Onboarding: Have a passion to provide the best service to customers 

Additional Skill Advantages: 

1. Experience in the B2B industry. 

2. Experience in implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions. 

3. Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts. 

4. Experience in managing large infrastructure projects. 

5. Certification: IT infrastructure related certification such as MCSE, CCNA, or VCP is a plus.
