| 1. Education & Experience | |||
| 2. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field | |||
| 3. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in broadband (FTTH/FWA) operations, installation, or network operations | |||
| 4. Proven experience in managing vendors/partners and large-scale field execution | |||
| 5. Technical & Functional Competencies | |||
| Strong understanding of: | |||
| 1. HBB technologies (FTTH, FWA, last-mile infrastructure) | |||
| 2. Installation processes, provisioning, and activation lifecycle | |||
| 3. Network troubleshooting and incident management | |||
| 4. Experience in SLA management, service delivery governance, and performance tracking | |||
| 5. Familiarity with ticketing systems, workforce management tools, and network monitoring systems | |||
| 6. Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives | |||
Long Description
The AVP, HBB Infrastructure & Installation (Circle), is responsible for leading end-to-end Home Broadband service delivery, installation operations, and infrastructure readiness across the circle. The role ensures timely customer activation, high installation quality, network reliability, and effective post-installation support while meeting business, operational, and customer experience targets.The position provides strategic leadership to field operations, technical teams, and service partners to drive operational excellence, SLA achievement, customer satisfaction, and sustainable subscriber growth. Through strong governance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, the role ensures efficient execution, service quality, and long-term business success.
