Role Purpose:

The Head of Postpaid Region is responsible for driving postpaid sales and marketing strategies to achieve regional revenue and market share growth. This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization through a combination of partner sales & direct sales, remote sales, and strategic marketing initiatives. The incumbent is accountable for planning, developing, and executing postpaid sales campaigns, product positioning, and brand growth strategies within the assigned region. include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate postpaid solutions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.                    
                    
Key Responsibilities:

  • Postpaid Sales & Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive postpaid sales growth through direct and remote sales channels.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty Management: Create and execute retention programs to minimize churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Revenue Optimization & Upselling: Analyze and implement revenue growth initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling postpaid plans.
  • Postpaid Sales Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute regional postpaid sales campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and engagement.
  • Customer Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Assess customer needs and provide tailored postpaid solutions, driving satisfaction and increased adoption.
  • Data-Driven Sales Performance Management: Utilize data analytics to monitor postpaid sales performance and refine strategies for improvement.
  • Financial Planning & Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize regional postpaid sales budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Postpaid Sales & Acquisition Strategy, Revenue Optimization, Brand Positioning, and Financial Planning for Postpaid Services.
  • Expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Sales Performance Analytics, and Market Expansion Strategies.
  • Strategic Sales & Business Development – Ability to drive postpaid market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Customer Retention & Lifecycle Management – Proficiency in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with distributors, partners, and internal teams.
