Develop and deliver the overall IoT projects aligned with the company’s business goals.
Drive innovation in IoT solutions and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead the integration of IoT devices, networks, and applications to ensure seamless communication.
Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable IoT systems and platforms.
Ensure proper device configuration, firmware updates, and lifecycle management aligned with customer needs

Operational Delivery Excellence	Deliver & lead project IoT to customer Give consultation to team as expert of IoT projects.	Deliver services to customer as SoW successfully
Strategic IoT Delivery Management	Develop and implement an IoT roadmap aligned with the organization’s goals. Conduct regularly assess and mitigate risks associated with IoT deployments..	Roadmap for IoT trends, technologies & infrastructure enhancements. Assessment and improvement plan reports
Client and Stakeholder Engagement	Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align IoT solutions with requirements. Gather customer feedback and use it to improve service delivery	IoT performance report
Team Consultation and Development	Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.	Team coaching & sharing knowledge.

Minimum Requirement

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Having certifications relevant with IoT Technology
Familiarity with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub)
Demonstrate good leadership and managerial skills. Proven with previous role as IoT Specialist/Technical Leader

Experience:

Min 7 years of experiences to deliver/POC with IT Projects especially related with IoT products (e.g., fleet management, asset management, manufacturing operations, wearable technology, people analytics, etc)

Skill:

Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.)
Familiarity with embedded systems programming and microcontroller platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and IoT device integration.
Expertise in securing IoT ecosystems, including encryption, device authentication, and secure communication protocols
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Good communication with key stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills.
