AVP-Head of Cloud & CDN Product Mgt

This role will be responsible for managing all resources and activities related to product development and product management for Cloud Service (IaaS, SaaS, Paas) in order to compete in market, to achieve revenue target, and to increase market share and to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap along with inputs from cross functional teams for Indosat B2B Cloud Services Product ​
• Collaborate with partnership team to seek potential Cloud Product partners​
• End to end IT Services Product Development (Opportunity assessment, Product detail design, Partner Management, Implementation & pre-launch preparation, Post launch review)​
• Periodically review and ensure current product still meet with customer requirement and experience.​
• Reconstruct existing product (if needed) to meet with current customer requirement.​
• Own product portfolio (profitability of products, commercial of products, etc)​
• Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives​
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals

Requirements

• Min 6-8 years of experiences in handling Cloud Managed Service​
• Graduated from ​Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Informatics
• Highly preferred coming from IT Consultant (i.e Delloite, IBM, McKinsey) , System Integrator (i.e NTT, Master System, MII)
• Skilled in Public Cloud (Google, Amazon, Azure, Alibaba) and local cloud
• Experienced in Product and Presales team is a plus
