Job Description

Role Purpose:
The AVP - COO Performance & Planning is responsible for driving end-to-end business performance governance across the COO organization, with particular focus on revenue performance, revenue reduction management, target planning, forecasting, and execution governance.
The role acts as a central performance control tower for the COO organization, connecting business targets with actual performance and ensuring that key management decisions and action points are translated into measurable execution.
The position works closely with Business Planning, S&D, Circles, Finance, and other relevant functions to identify performance gaps, drive corrective actions, and provide management with clear visibility of business outlook, risks, and required interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Performance & Planning

  • Consolidate revenue targets, actual performance, forecasts, gaps, and recovery plans across the COO organization.
  • Revenue reduction management
  • Drive alignment and follow-up with all Business Users under COO directorate, Business Planning, and other relevant functions.
  • Support target setting and cascade across the COO organization and align it with Business Planning.
  • Monitor key COO business KPIs against targets and forecasts.

Action & Execution Governance

  • Maintain centralized tracking of key management action points and commitments.
  • Ensure clear ownership, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue or at-risk actions and escalate critical blockers.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate with S&D, Circles, Business Planning, Finance, and other relevant functions related to revenue reduction management.
  • Drive alignment and resolution of cross-functional performance issues.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience minimum in business/commercial planning, performance management, strategy, sales operations, or related areas.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, particularly in revenue planning and performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving accountability across functions.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and executive communication skills.
