Role purpose:

As a Manager – HR Policy, you are responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing HR policies that align with company objectives and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Your role involves conducting policy research, benchmarking best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR frameworks that foster fairness, consistency, and compliance. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end HR related audit process, including data collection, coordination with internal and external audit teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on audit findings to maintain policy integrity and readiness for regulatory or internal review

 

Job Description

Policy Analysis and Evaluation

 

  • Conduct in-depth analyses and studies on HR policies, identifying areas for improvement or modification.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

HR Policy Monitoring

 

  • Research, design, and develop HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Implement new policies and update existing ones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.

 

Maintain HR Policy related audit and recommendation

 

  • Audit Coordination & Compliance, Act as the primary person-in-charge (PIC) for managing end-to-end HR audit processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all audit-related requirements.
  • Policy Documentation & Communication, Ensure proper documentation and clear communication of HR policies and audit findings to relevant stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with HR sub-units (e.g., Recruitment, Payroll, IR, L&D) to gather input and ensure alignment in policy development and audit processes.
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions to align policy content, clarify interpretations, and support consistent implementation.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including leadership alignment, feedback collection, and policy/socialization sessions across departments.

 

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree holder in Human Resources, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Related Experience:

Min.  5-7 years of working experience in Human Resources Operations, Policy, and Audit.

Skills:

  • HR Policy Documentation, Experience in reviewing and maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, or SOPs, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • End-to-End HR Audit Coordination, Proven track record in managing or supporting HR-related audits—including gathering supporting documents, liaising with auditors, responding to queries, and tracking audit follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian
  • Able to work independent and under pressure
