About the Role:

Brand Activation, Digital & Social Media TRI is responsible for leading brand engagement, digital marketing, and social media strategies to enhance customer interaction and brand presence for the TRI brand. This role focuses on developing high-impact brand activations, managing digital marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement across social media platforms.

 

By leveraging data-driven insights, influencer marketing, and real-time content strategies, Brand Activation, Digital & Social Media ensures that TRI’s brand communication is compelling, relevant, and aligned with customer needs. Collaborating with creative, media, and performance marketing teams, this role plays a key part in boosting brand loyalty, increasing online engagement, and strengthening TRI’s position in the Indonesian telecom market.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand activation initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and grow TRI’s social media presence through content creation and audience interaction.
  • Build relationships with influencers and digital communities to amplify brand reach.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless and engaging customer interactions across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility.

  • Brand Activation Success: Measures effectiveness of brand activation campaigns through event participation and engagement levels.
  • Digital Engagement Rate: Evaluates interaction levels across digital campaigns and social media.
  • Influencer Engagement Score: Tracks the effectiveness of partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Conversion Rate: Measures the percentage of digital engagements leading to customer action.
  • Social Media Reach & Growth: Monitors audience growth, engagement, and impact of social media activities.
  • Marketing ROI & Cost Efficiency: Assesses financial effectiveness of digital marketing investments.
