Job Role:
Driving operational excellence through end-to-end oversight of billing systems and surrounding, ensuring seamless integration from initial solution design to production deployment and system optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Management: Act as the technical point of contact to ingest Business Requirements (BRD) and translate them into detailed Technical Design Documents (TDD) for billing and charging flows.
- Product Configuration: Execute the end-to-end setup of product catalogs, tariff plans, and provisioning logic within the Charging System and DMP (Data Management Platform).
- Project Delivery & Implementation: Manage the deployment lifecycle of billing features, including system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and production go-live activities.
- End-to-End System Tracing: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) by tracing Transaction IDs across distributed layers (API Gateway to Charging System) to ensure delivery success.
- Database & Query Optimization: Write and refine complex SQL scripts to validate product configurations and ensure data integrity within PostgreSQL/Oracle environments.
Educational Background & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering).
- Experience: Proven track record in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), specifically in Telecommunications or Financial technology environments.
- Competency: Demonstrated experience in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution.
Hard Skills:
- API & Integration: Advanced knowledge of SOAP (WSDL), REST (JSON), and API standard protocols for provisioning.
- System Configuration: Expertise in configuring middleware, charging engines, and billing parameters.
- Database Mastery: High proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL for complex data manipulation.
- Linux/Unix Expertise: Mastery of CLI and text-processing utilities (grep, awk, sed) for real-time log analysis and system verification.
- Documentation Tools: Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart) for requirement mapping.
