AVP-Strategic Engagement Enterprise

• Ensure the organization's investments in projects and programs are not only aligned with its strategic goals but are also managed effectively to deliver maximum value.
• This function requires a blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, strong leadership, and analytical skills to balance various aspects of the organization’s portfolio and drive its overall success.
• Act as single front door to CDO from Enterprise business users under CCO function. Receive, analyze and understand priorities and benefits of Enterprise requirements to CDO function.
• Create good, trustworthy relationship with Enterprise business users.
• Responsible to map Enterprise requirements, create prioritization, strategize alignment to internal CDO divisions, serving as a liaison between Enterprise business users and CDO team.
• Ensures all investment activities are processed and executed as per requirement from Enterprise and compliance by respective functions of internal CDO.
• Develops tracking, monitors, and coordinates execution of approved Enterprise requirements by implementing project management practice and work closely with IT and Enterprise project managers.
• Develops and coordinates Management reports for portfolio, budget, and partner performance to CDO and to Enterprise business users.

Strategy & Planning

• Develops Enterprise implementation milestones refer to Enterprise requirements and aligned with Groups/Divisions to ensure alignment and execution plan.
• Monitor and ensure all CDO initiatives, investment process, and approval until PO issuance for relevant Enterprise requirements
• Enterprise requirements are analyzed, verified and understood for it’s expectation
• Enterprise requirements are aligned between internal and external groups
• Pre-requisites to fulfill Enterprise requirements are executed and completed on-time.

Relationship Management

• Serve as CDO representative for Enterprise functions under CDO to build good relationship.

• Serve as company representative for external related functions to build good relationship with partner and technology update.

• CDO reliable liaison to Enterprise function to CCO.

• Referred as a trusted partner by IT Digital partners and industry.

Project Management

• Develops and coordinates Enterprise requirement execution by implementing project management practice and work closely with Project Managers
• Develops and coordinates Enterprise progress of management reports
• Support contract review to ensure all scope covered.

• Enterprise milestone run on track.
• Enterprise requirement progress and portfolio report distributed regularly.
• Requirement and contract are reviewed to align and avoid missing scope and dispute.

Budget Management

• Supports IOH CDO cost saving program by optimizing the solution.
• Provide prioritization of budget allocation to Enterprise requirements

• Optimizing the Enterprise solution with maximum values.
• Prioritization of Enterprise project execution and budget spend.

Team Management

• Develop and collaborate with team members to achieve target.
• Develop feedback with team member for team improvement.

• Team performance is good and meet corporate standard.
• Employee survey score is good and meet corporate standard.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, Information Management Systems, or Computer Engineering
• PMO certification is an advantage

Related Experience

• Has 5 years of experience in IT domains preferably in Telecom
• Has 2 years of experience in IT domains for business relationship and/or project management and/or IT consulting
• Has extensive experience in Telco industry with proven track

Skills

• Experience in Project Management lifecycle (requirement, selection, awarding, contract, and project delivery)
• Experience Business and Partner Management engagement, performance, monitoring, and review.
• Has good and broad knowledge of latest IT & Digital technology including but not limited 5G, IOT, Cloud solution, Mobile apps, Automation.
• Has strong leadership, good analytical thinking, and communication skills
