Purpose of the Job:

This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of designated products, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The main purpose of this position is to drive product success through market analysis, innovation, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Key areas of focus include identifying market opportunities, defining product features and functionalities, and overseeing the product development process. Furthermore, this role involves creating product documentation and providing essential support to sales and marketing teams. Ultimately, the Product Manager leverages market feedback to continuously evaluate and refine product direction, ensuring optimal performance and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Own and execute the strategic product roadmap for the enterprise cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring full alignment with the Security Product Factory's revenue targets and commercial objectives.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercialization: Formulate and execute comprehensive GTM strategies—including pricing, commercial packaging, value positioning, and sales enablement—across direct enterprise channels and strategic partner networks.

  • Strategic Alliance & Partner Management: Collaborate closely with strategic joint-venture partners, global technology vendors, and external consultants to co-develop, launch, and scale co-branded security services.

  • Requirements & Lifecycle Management: Translate market needs and threat landscapes into concrete product requirements. Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and business case formulation to development, launch, optimization, and eventual phase-out.

  • Sales Enablement & Presales Support: Drive cross-functional collaboration with B2B Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams, delivering training, collateral, and technical-commercial tools to accelerate pipeline conversion.

  • Performance Monitoring & Intelligence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), product margins, and customer adoption metrics. Use data-driven insights to steer iterative feature enhancements and identify portfolio expansion opportunities.

Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related technical/business field.

  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree with a focus on Product Management, Technology Management, or Cybersecurity.

Experience
  • Core Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of B2B Product Management experience, specifically within the cybersecurity, cloud services, or telecommunications sector.

  • Portfolio Management: Proven track record of managing complex enterprise security solutions (e.g., threat intelligence, endpoint protection, web security, cloud security, or managed detection and response).

  • GTM Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and commercializing security products that have directly driven measurable B2B revenue growth.

  • Ecosystem Experience: Solid experience working in multi-partner GTM environments, channel-based sales models, or collaborative ventures.

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Expert at guiding cross-functional, multi-layered teams (including software engineers, security researchers, marketing, and enterprise sales forces) without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep familiarity with the Indonesian enterprise/B2B security landscape and regulatory compliance environments (e.g., Kominfo, PDP law, ISO 27001).

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or formal product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, NPDP).
