Responsibilities
Responsible for reporting:
- Daily: Mobile and MIDI activation, bundling delivery
- Weekly: FAB In & Qualified Opportunity, partner tracking, pipeline from sales partner
- Monthly: Partner active, partner performance, partner incentive
- Follow up order process (from quote to sales order)
- Monitor verification process (myDelivery) and activation
- Preparing budget operational proposal
- Tracking partner budget incentive
- Manage budget for B2B SMB Group
- Support on settlement process
Responsible for reporting:
- Daily: Mobile and MIDI activation, bundling delivery
- Weekly: FAB In & Qualified Opportunity, sales plan
- Monthly: FAB In & Qualified Opportunity, baseline group level
- Tracking SMB Group project
- Follow up order process (from quote to sales order)
- Handling issues related to billing, adjustment and termination
- Exporting Mobi’s data
- Monitor verification process (myDelivery) and activation
Requirements
Qualification:
- Having comprehensive knowledge and ability of partner or distributor management in order to determine strategy execution, product & services, territory management and B2B business environment
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of execution of channel management
- Deep knowledge on telecommunication business, non-mobile products and SMB market behaviour
Related Experience:
- Having knowledge and experience in SMB market
- Having experience in channel management and maintain of distributors
- Having experience in sales support management
- Having experience in budget planning & control
