Role Purpose

Responsible for leading the reporting function for the A2P messaging business, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and standardized data across traffic, revenue, and performance metrics. This role focuses on establishing robust reporting frameworks, maintaining data integrity, and providing clear visibility to support business and operational decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferable. 
• Min 3-5 years managerial experiences
• Good knowledge of A2P Business flow
• Good understanding of A2P Business
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application
• Good knowledge of Reporting Platform
• Have good ability in managing internal good governance

Responsibilities 

• Reporting Strategy & Governance : Define and implement the reporting strategy for the A2P messaging business and Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data definitions
• Business & Operational Reporting :  Oversee the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on A2P traffic, revenue, and performance & Provide structured reports for commercial, operational, and management use.
• KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring :  Define and monitor key performance indicators (traffic volume, revenue and forecast) and Develop dashboards to track business and operational performance
• Data Accuracy & Reconciliation :  Ensure alignment between traffic data, billing records, and partner reports and Lead reconciliation processes to identify discrepancies and revenue leakage.
• Dashboard Development & Automation :  Design and maintain automated dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
