AVP-Regional HR Business Partner (Circle Kalisumapa)

Location: Balikpapan

Responsibilities

In general, your role involves providing comprehensive HR support to the Commercial Business Unit and leveraging your expertise in our strategic initiatives. Specifically, your responsibilities include acting as an HR Business Partner by:

• Supporting strategic business initiatives, such as new business ventures, mergers/acquisitions, reorganizations, and leadership team initiatives.
• Providing HR support to the Business Unit as required.
• Collaborating with the HR Center of Excellence.
• Playing an active role as an agent of change to ensure smooth transformation and effective communication.
• Supporting project planning and execution for HR processes and projects specific to Business Unit operations.

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
• Prior experienced as HRBP for commercial function.
• Candidates without an HR background but with extensive experience in commercial roles are welcome to apply
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
• Have exposure to Organizational Development projects, such as organizational design, manpower planning, and KPI setting.
• Ability to engage in Organizational Development discussions with senior management.
• Proven experience collaborating with colleagues from diverse nationalities.
• Ability to stay focused, delegate tasks, and manage work efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English language and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Have at least an intermediate level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
