AVP-Radio Performance (Non Java)

Role Purpose

-    Responsible to define, develop, and review to continuously improving in the operation of cellular and corporate network to manage network service within a defined SLA.
-    Lead optimization to maintain/improve customer experience within defined KPI.
-    Responsible to keep up with global trends and technology update, understand business direction and develop principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.
-    Responsible to support Regulatory and Kominfo data requirement and test case 
-    Responsible to manage and support pre and post project activity within the target KPI to be agreed

Domain

Manage RAN optimization

Solution Development

-    define and provide principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable operational aspect.
-    detailing operational aspect related to RAN optimizations 

Radio optimization area

-    responsible regional network quality KPI.
-    coordinate all clusters in regional and distribute network quality KPI target each cluster. 
-    monitor, evaluate & execute method to get effective process, make recommendations to Superior and implement actions, such as improvement tools, additional resources, etc

Management

-    Manage team include MS and Project team
-    Coordinate with regulatory, Sales, Project, and Planning

Qualification:
-    Min bachelor’s degree with major study in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering / Information System

Experience:
-    Minimum 5 years’ experience in Telecommunication industry, especially cellular operational solution
-    Has a good experience in cellular optimizations is advantage.
-    Experience in leading on any telecommunication project

Skills:
-    Good leadership capability.
-    Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
-    Good technical writing and reporting.
-    Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
-    Good knowledge of telecommunication business in general and Understanding RAN 2G/3G/4G/5G
-    Good understanding in general and specific business process within the business users
-    Customer focus
-    Good in teamwork
