AVP-Product Development - Telco Insurance

Background

AVP – Product Dev. Telco Insurance is responsible for driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. technology, marketing) to define the product vision, identify growth opportunities, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and deliver products with a strong focus on customer-centricity. They will also be responsible for project delivery, ensuring research ideation, project execution and GTM (go to market) strategy.

Reporting Line: VP – Head of Product Dev. Telco Loan & Ecosystem

Domain Expertise

Minimum experience 7 years professional career experience, experienced in product development and project management; preference for experience in financial services / marketplace and exposed in startup product & project development. Additional experience in doing business strategy would be a plus point.

The Job Holder will have main domain Insurance Product, and sub-domain Telco Loan specifically to Loan Management Development.

Responsibilities

1. Manage product development requirements & timeline execution for all insurance products and additional support for loan management system on telco loan products.
2. Manage stakeholder (Business Owners, Core Telco, Super App Team, Circle/Sales Team, Data, Marketing, CX, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance)
3. Create GTM plan for product delivery collaborating with all stakeholders and ensure tracking of task fulfilment for each stakeholder.
4. Own User Research for Insurance product ideation and UI UX roadmap
5. Own preparation for development, day to day development execution and escalation collaborating with Solution Architect.
6. Oversee product operation incl. production issue for Insurance products (including escalation to insurance partners)
7. Create feature assessment and enhancement when needed for Insurance and Loan Graduation.

2. Potential Leadership: fluent in navigating discussion with senior leadership team and ability to translate company strategies to roadmap for team’s execution.
