Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of tracking studies to monitor brand health and key business category performance, ensuring methodologies remain aligned with evolving market dynamics.
  • Manage continuous research programs across strategic segments to comprehensively monitor product usage patterns, customer behavior and satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for external research agencies, overseeing the end-to-end process from research design framework to output validation to ensure high-impact deliverables.
  • Design and direct ad-hoc studies to provide data-driven solutions for business challenges and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and drive agile internal quantitative research capabilities to generate rapid insights that support swift and informed decision-making.
  • Synthesize various primary and secondary data sources into comprehensive, accurate analyses that are highly relevant to business requirements.
  • Translate complex data into compelling business narratives that are simple, engaging, and actionable for stakeholders.

Hard Skills

  1. Advanced Research Methodology, deep expertise in various market research techniques (Quantitative & Qualitative), including Usage & Attitude (U&A), Pricing Studies, Brand Funnel Analysis, and Concept Testing.
  1. Agency Management, proven ability to manage vendor relationships, and audit data quality from research agencies.
  2. Analytical Tools, proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Advanced Excel) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  3. Data Synthesis, the ability to merge internal behavioral data (CRM/Usage) with market research findings to produce 360-degree customer analysis.
  4. Product Knowledge, a strong understanding of product lifecycles and the telecommunications/digital industry landscape.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Telecommunication or Social Sciences with a strong analytical focus.
  • A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Market Research or Customer Insight, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial role.
  • A proven track record of managing research projects and reputable global research agencies.
