AVP-Platform Manager & Operations Lead

Role Summary
This role leads end-to-end management, optimization, and evolution of procurement-supporting enterprise platforms. It ensures system reliability, platform governance, controlled releases, and digital enablement across procurement operations. The role acts as the strategic bridge between business needs, technology capabilities, and process improvement initiatives to support operational scalability and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead platform strategy, operations, and stability of procurement systems: Coupa.
2. Manage incident resolution, service requests, change governance, and release management.
3. Standardize and optimize procurement workflows through system-enabled improvements and automation.
4. Oversee platform governance-including access control, configuration management, integration monitoring, and compliance.
5. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and embedding digital capabilities into core procurement processes.
6. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, vendors, and internal control teams.
7. Deliver operational reports with insights for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations, with proven transformation and improvement track record.
3. Minimum 3 years experiences in consulting (business/digital/procurement) preferred.
4. At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing or implementing enterprise platforms (Coupa preferred).
5. Exposure to governance, data stewardship, and platform release/administration processes.
