Description: 

Responsibilities

  • Support Partnership Onboarding team to manage existing partner operation
  • Tracking pipeline and bridging escalation with Principal
  • Tracking Partner performance and agreement implementation
  • Manage partners evaluation periodically
  • Monitor partner performance / profitability against KPI & BC
  • Execute Partnership Program (Funding, Certification)
  • Manage partners due diligence
  •  Provide partnership report revenue, cost and analysis for improvement
  • Plan and manage the budget requirement for partnerships operation
  • Tracking payment performance
  • Identify automatization requirement for improvement
  • Manage partnership tools and data

Requirements

 

Qualification:

  • Min 5 years’ working experience in related industry
  • Minimum University Degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information
  • Technology, Information System, or relevant ICT major
  • Solid business acumen and financial
  • Excellent analytic skill
  • Familiar with reporting and automatization tools
  • Familiar with Process Optimization

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day partnership operations, tracking
  • performance, and ensuring compliance of business process
  • Having experience in reporting, data analysis/management, partnership/channel management,
  • business process and contract management
  • Experience with ICT business with Principal and System Integrator
  • Proven track record of experience in handling certification and business process development
  • Experience in handling operational tasks, reporting, or collaboration with cross-functional
  • teams.
  • Internal Audit experience will be advantage
