Description:
Responsibilities
- Support Partnership Onboarding team to manage existing partner operation
- Tracking pipeline and bridging escalation with Principal
- Tracking Partner performance and agreement implementation
- Manage partners evaluation periodically
- Monitor partner performance / profitability against KPI & BC
- Execute Partnership Program (Funding, Certification)
- Manage partners due diligence
- Provide partnership report revenue, cost and analysis for improvement
- Plan and manage the budget requirement for partnerships operation
- Tracking payment performance
- Identify automatization requirement for improvement
- Manage partnership tools and data
Requirements
Qualification:
- Min 5 years’ working experience in related industry
- Minimum University Degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information
- Technology, Information System, or relevant ICT major
- Solid business acumen and financial
- Excellent analytic skill
- Familiar with reporting and automatization tools
- Familiar with Process Optimization
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day partnership operations, tracking
- performance, and ensuring compliance of business process
- Having experience in reporting, data analysis/management, partnership/channel management,
- business process and contract management
- Experience with ICT business with Principal and System Integrator
- Proven track record of experience in handling certification and business process development
- Experience in handling operational tasks, reporting, or collaboration with cross-functional
- teams.
- Internal Audit experience will be advantage
Skills
- Strong product acumen & growth mindset
- Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English languages.
- Understand ICT Indonesian market with emphasis on B2B
- Excellent commercial & negotiation skills
- Understanding of product life development lifecycle & go to market
- Excellent in technical writing and reporting.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capability.
- Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business
