Description: 

Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end Gross Adds strategy and execution for pSIM & eSIM (Prepaid & Postpaid) and FWA acquisition through IOH owned digital channels, incl. but not limited to IM3 & 3ID official websites im3shop.ioh.co.id and perdana.tri.co.id, official WhatsApp account and owned apps Bima+ & MyIM3.

 

Scope of Work:

Program & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop end-to-end campaign strategies for owned channels (IM3 & Bima+) aligned with business objectives (acquisition, retention, monetization).
  • Translate business goals into measurable and scalable campaign roadmaps.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on customer

Deliverables: Quarterly & annual campaign roadmap aligned with business targets; clearly defined campaign objectives & KPI framework; documented growth opportunities & strategic initiatives pipeline

 

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Oversee execution of campaigns across all owned channels.
  • Ensure operational excellence across planning, rollout, and reporting.

Deliverables: End-to-end campaign briefs (targeting, messaging, channel mix, timeline); execution timelines & delivery plans with on-time launch rate ≥ target; post-campaign reports including performance analysis & key learnings; consistent achievement of campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, revenue impact)

 

Owned Channel Optimization

  • Maximize effectiveness of owned channels (push notifications, in-app, CRM, etc.).
  • Continuously improve conversion funnel and user engagement.

Deliverables: Channel performance dashboards (daily/weekly tracking); conversion funnel analysis & optimization plans; personalization & segmentation frameworks; Measurable uplift in engagement and conversion rates

 

Data-Driven Experimentation & Insights

  • Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Translate data into actionable insights.

Deliverables: Structured A/B testing roadmap & experimentation calendar; test results documentation with actionable insights; regular insight reports & strategic recommendations; demonstrated improvements in campaign effectiveness over time

 

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Drive alignment across marketing, product, data, and tech teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Deliverables: Cross-functional campaign plans & alignment decks; regular stakeholder updates (weekly/monthly business reviews); clear requirement documents (IBRS) for tech & product teams; reduced execution friction and improved time-to-market

 

Performance & Business Impact Ownership

  • Own campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • Ensure strong ROI and continuous optimization.

Deliverables: Monthly performance scorecards vs targets; measurable impact on user growth, engagement, and revenue; ROI analysis & budget utilization reports; continuous improvement in key metrics (GA, M2S ARPU, conversion)

 

Qualification:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management
  • Proven track record in driving acquisition and conversion at scale.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (media, product, tech, operations/logistics).
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in tools like GA, CRM platforms, A/B testing tools.
  • Experience in telco, fintech, e-commerce, super apps and consulting is a strong plus.
