Job Summary

  • Lead coordination and discussion for making decision related to domain strategy, budgetary, solution, implementation plan under the domain
  • Lead coordination to build high level plan under the domain and lead development of more detailed plan
  • Review and monitor execution of the plan
  • Review and provide approval for solution and plan under the domain
  • Provide feedback to DH for architecture strategy, end to end architecture plan, budget planning, etc.

  • Translate the Company, Group, Division Vision, Mission, and Strategy into the domain work plan
  • Provide and clarify the domain objectives for the team
  • Establish the domain KPI based on organizational scorecard
  • Manage the domain’s budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it

 

In order to ensure specific domain operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals

  • Strategic and work plan for 1Y, 3Y, 5Y
  • Budget plan for Y1, 3Y, 5Y
  • Defined Domain Objective and KPI
  1. Solution Development
  • DEFINE and PROVIDE Solution Architecture in COLLABORATION with Related Team.
  • DEVELOP effective and efficient solutions, which is represented by the value of proposed solutions in terms of investment and cost of resources required, of the requested use-cases from respective users within the expected time and the desired business outcomes. The solutions should incorporate end-to-end design impacts to system capacity, system features and capabilities, system performance and availability, system operation, business process, operational process, SLA, customer experience, and all IT Service Design aspects.
  • DEVELOP project timeline and resources plan to execute the solution development and deployment
  • Defined solution plan and roadmap for domain Integration Solution
  • TOR/FRI/RFP, TE, FRS (Design Document), AoP budgetary
  • Impact analysis, HLD, LLD document
  • Solution as per plan in place

  1. System capacity management
  • EVALUATE system utilization based on periodic report from Operation Team.
  • TRANSLATE business requirement into system capacity requirement.
  • DEFINE capacity expansion plan according to capacity requirement.

  1. System design and architecture improvement
  • EVALUATE current system design and architecture, aligned with Group reference architecture, and benchmark with best practice at the same industry.
  • DEVELOP the best practice design and architecture as a target reference architecture for Indosat
  • PLAN for design and architecture improvement towards efficient and effective and ready for digital experiences
  • Defined architecture plan and roadmap for domain Integration Solution

 

  1. System performance management
  • EVALUATE current system performance based on input from respective stakeholders including business and technology.
  • TRANSLATE business performance and customer experience into system and services performance SLA/KPI.
  • PLAN and DEVELOP program and initiatives for achieving target performance
  • Reporting and Performance as per expected result in place
  1. Budgetary Plan and Sourcing Process

 

  • DEVELOP use-case of the proposed solution to represent the value of the proposed solution (investment, business outcomes, assumptions made, payback period)
  • INITIATING annual budgetary plan which includes new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enrichment and system transformation.
  • SUPPORT for budget approval process incorporation with another related team
  • SUPPORT for sourcing process including development related documentation (TOR, TE, and others)
  • Budget plan for AoP, 3YP, 5YP
  • PO released as per solution scope, and budgetary
  1. Technology Strategy and Standardization
  • KEEP UP with global trends and technology update.
  • DEVELOP and MANAGE the technology plan and standards.
  • DEVELOP principles and selection method accordingly for the best and most suitable Partner and Technology.

Education

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in telecommunication / computer science / computer engineering, preferable Master Degree (S2) with major study in Informatics

Experiences

Has experience at minimum 8 years in telecommunication industry, especially in Integration (Middleware) technology design and solution.

Skills

General Skills:

  1. Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  2. Excellent technical writing and reporting.
  3. Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  4. Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
  5. Excellent understanding in general and specific business process within the business users.
  6. Excellent knowledge of IT system in detail and technology roadmap

 

Specific Skillset (Domain):

  1. Has an excellent knowledge on Middleware: API Gateway, Enterprise Service Bus, Event Driven Architecture, Order Management (Boomi, Apigee, Tibco, Oracle, Apache Kafka, Confluent, MuleSoft Platform)
  2. Has an excellent knowledge of Provisioning System, Order Capture Management and Product Catalog
  3. Hands-on development skills across Middleware platforms (Boomi, Apigee, Tibco, Oracle, Apache Kafka, Confluent, MuleSoft Platform, Microservices with Containerization architecture)
  4. Advanced Knowledge on some language programing such as Java, Erlang, etc.
  5. 5+ Years’ Experience on middleware platform
  6. Has experience and excellent knowledge on Modern Application Development Landscape: Container Centric, PaaS
  7. Has experience and knowledge on Monolithic and Microservices Architecture to support system integration
  8. Has good knowledge of Customer Apps, Customer Management and CRM
  9. Has good knowledge on Digital Solution: API Monetization; IoT; Digital Customer Touch Point; Digital Marketing
  10. Strong in Agile practice, service-oriented environment and better development practice.
  11. Good knowledge of agile methodology and framework like Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD.
  12. Good knowledge about Agile techniques like user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and Agile games.
  13. Ability to take decision and commitment to deliver product on time.
  14. Has a good knowledge on Business Support System for Telco Services
  15. Has a good knowledge in ISS (Infrastructure) in the area of server, storage, database, container, cloud, & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
  16. Has a good knowledge in IT application and system design, database design and infrastructure design.
  17. Has a good knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID), IT Service Management (ITIL).
