Description:

This role is intended to develop, execute, and monitor IT Digital business process and policy.

This role is responsible for preparing, track and ensure the policy and business process established and implemented.

Key responsibilities for this role:

This role develops IT budget and collaborate with other Groups/Divisions to ensure alignment, define, and review policy and process.
This role develops and manages governance in IT.
This role develops and supports IOH CDO cost saving program.

This role develops and coordinates risk management, audit and governance activity in IT.

Governance	Develop IT policies. Develop IT business process
Audit	Manage audit finding and resolution
Risk Management	Manage risk management
Team Management	Develop and collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Develop feedback with team member for team improvement.
External Relation	Serve as company representative for external related functions to build good relationship with partner and technology update.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management Systems, or Computer Engineering

Related Experience:

Skills:

Experience in IT policies and business process.
Experience in audit resolution.
Experience in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation,
Has good and broad knowledge of latest IT & Digital technology including but not limited 5G, IOT, Cloud solution, Mobile apps, Automation.
