Job Description

  1. Sales Target Setting and Customer Account Alignment
    • Define framework, methodology and provide output.
    • Socialize, evaluate, and provide continuous improvement.
  2. B2B Sales KPI Achievement
    • Define KPI and Sales Incentive Scheme
    • Develop, evaluate, and provide continuous improvement.
  3. Sales Performance Management Analysis and Report
    • Manage team to provide Sales Performance data and coordinate with Sales team for data validity
    • Provide, manage, review, monitor and develop Sales Performance output include data, analysis, report and Leaders recommendations.
  4. B2B Sales Selling Activity (FAB) Analysis and Report
    • Manage, review, and monitoring Sales Selling Activity output include data, analysis and report
  5. Sales Productivity Analysis
    • Provide and develop sales productivity analysis and report
    • Support activities to increase sales productivity in collaboration with Sales Leader
  6. Dashboard Development & Management
    • Define, develop and manage dashboard using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and data warehouse (Hadoop and Big Query) 
  7. Internal Project Management
    • Prepare reports cover the planning, implementation, evaluation of internal programs and achievement of targets that have been conducted periodically.
    • Provide data for B2B Rewards Program Winner and confirmation to Leaders
    • Provide report and analysis of B2B Sales Squad and internal project for management periodically

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Commercial or Operational function
  • Solid experience in business operation best practices supports and implementation related to technical, analysis and financial aspect
  • Solid experience in business process operation and system that include data query and data transformation
  • Proven experience in performance/engagement/business transformation
  • Solid experience in sales review and performance analysis

Skills:

  • Having comprehensive knowledge of sales and business operation concepts and implementation
  • Strong leadership skills and capabilities
  • Strong blend of analytical, decision-making, conflict management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capabilities
  • Strong understanding of best practice in the field of business system platform, operational and compliance in order to enhance the performance of Sales Performance Management
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of Sales Operational Management concepts and implementation
  • Having strong knowledge in methodology and implementation of sales review and monitoring
  • Having strong knowledge in Dashboard Automation & Analytics
  • Proven ability to work across different functions and business units
