AVP-Head of Channels and Campaign Platform Support

This role is responsible for supporting the development, integration, and optimization of campaign delivery platforms across digital and communication channels. The role ensures marketing campaigns are effectively delivered through channels such as SMS, flash messages, and mobile applications, while continuously improving channel performance, placement strategy, and personalization to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, platform development, digital marketing technology, or channel platform management, preferably in telecommunications, technology, digital platforms, or consumer services
• Experience designing, building, or supporting campaign management platforms integrated with communication channels such as SMS, push notifications, and in app messaging
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, campaign orchestration systems, and customer engagement technologies
• Hands on experience with digital engagement or marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap or similar tools
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or equivalent tools to monitor user behavior and campaign performance
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms
• Understanding of system integration, API based communication, and platform scalability
Related Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or marketing technology platforms
Proven experience in designing, developing, or maintaining scalable backend services, especially for messaging or campaign systems
Experience integrating platforms with communication channels such as SMS, flash messages, push notifications, and in app messaging
Hands on experience with campaign management systems, marketing automation platforms, or customer engagement platforms
Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems for high volume campaign delivery and real time engagement
Familiarity with digital analytics and campaign performance monitoring for optimization
Skills
Proficiency in backend development using Go, Python, or similar languages
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform including deployment and monitoring
Strong knowledge of server management, system performance optimization, and infrastructure operations
Experience with high performance data stores and caching technologies such as Redis
Familiarity with API development, microservices architecture, and system integration
Understanding of messaging systems and campaign delivery mechanisms across digital channels
Ability to analyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
