Description: 

Role Purpose

 

Manage small sales team to maximize their execution and potential as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g. Enterprise Solutions & Service Delivery to provide IOH value point and act as consultant of the whole operation of Balnus’ Accounts value chain stake holders (IT, Marketing, Operation, HR, Engineering, etc). Able to pitch solution and 1st sizing as per cust needs to solve their business pain points.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree. Preferable one with Engineering Background
  • Proven sales executive & Solutioning experience or exceeding targets with min. 7 year of B2B Sales & Solution Experience
  • Good vertical industries knowledge in Education, Government, Hospitality, Mining & Energy, and BFSI
  • Proven ability to drive the Technical Sales process from plan to close
  • Proven knowledge and experience to sell ICT
  • Proven ability in monitor and evaluate the performance, make recommendations and also ability to give right direction and use initiative and judgment
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar / Bali with regular Business Trip to Nusra area.

Skills:

  • Good in English, oral and written
  • Good in communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and contingency plans
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
  • Have knowledge on Telecom, ICT services, and Technology.
  • Have engagement to Technology Principals and/or distributors

 

Responsibility

 

Team Collaboration :

  • Execute and achieve goals given by Group & Division
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished goals
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on Strategic business acumen

 

Sales and Solutioning Execution :

  • Identify and develop new opportunity by use own network and relationships with clients’ key people across the organization
  • Define road map activities agenda and execution per quarterly basis until FY.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders (Enterprise Sales & Service Delivery) to find pain point of the whole operation from each value chain stake holders (Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Operation) of Balnus’ Accounts, and able to pitch solution and first sizing and dimensioning, as per customer needs and required to solve the pain points.

Account & Solutioning Management :

  • Having relationship and good engagement (from Mid Level to C Level Management) from Balnus’ Accounts
  • Able to grasp customer requirements (DMU) and needs, offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Manage His/Her Account Plan his/her to gather all information from each account (pipeline, opportunity & sales forecast), Cross/Up Selling,
  • Manage Bid Manage sales workforce and monitor sales performance

External Relation :

  • Serve as a company representative for external related functions
