Role Purpose
Lead the B2B Strategy & Insight function by driving strategy formulation, business performance management, KPI governance, market and competitive intelligence, insight (internal and external) and translating them to strategic transformation office (TO) activities.
The role is responsible for translating corporate strategy into executable business plans, monitoring strategic initiatives, ensuring KPI achievement, and translating market and customer insight into clear staretgic choices, and orchestrating execution through transformation-office-style function.
The role holder shall be comfortable to act as a key thought partner on growth, competitiveness, and long‑term direction of B2B.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy Development & Business Planning
- Develop long-term and annual B2B strategy.

Qualification
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, business management, economics, or related field
- Master's Degree is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years in Strategy, Planning, Transformation Office, Business Performance Management, or Consulting (background in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial excellence preferred)
- Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Technology, or Digital Business—preferably in B2B environment
- Strong understanding of B2B telecommunications business
- Experience in strategic planning and corporate planning
- Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
- Experience leading transformation programs
- Experience conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Experience in financial analysis, business case development
- Experience presentation to Senior Management and Executive Committee
