Job Description
- RESPONSIBLE for leading the solution architecture and functional ownership of enterprise supply chain capabilities, covering Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, supply chain, procurement, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, sales/channel transaction flows, payment gateway handover, and integration with Oracle Fusion Finance. This role ensures that end-to-end enterprise supply chain solutions are properly designed, integrated, controlled, scalable, and aligned with business, finance, cloud, operation and enterprise architecture requirements.
- DEFINING, REQUIREMENT GATHERING, CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING the Enterprise Support System (ESS) strategy, architecture and roadmap within the defined domain, Formulation of Solution Design and DELIVERY Business as Usual (BAU) Application and System Finance and Procurement Technology System within the defined domain.
- DOMAIN is defined as all related ENTERPRISE SUPPLY CHAIN System
- Manage Flexibility of DELIVERY Methodology with AGILE and WATERFALL DELIVERY or OTHER Methodology of application and system Delivery for business and system enhancements include Release Management.
- MANAGEMENT of Application Developers, Vendor Partners, Budgetary Plan (Man-Days) including propose, review, approve solution / effort and Operational Leadership
- DEVELOP high-level use-case of the solution which represents the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required for the desired business outcomes.
- Adoption of Agility Principle in delivery process to reduce bureaucracy in approval process, accelerate development and delivery quality.
- INTERFACE to all stakeholders internal and external (B2C, B2B, Sales & Distribution, Digital, Finance, Cust Service, Customer Experience, Marketing, Network, Regional, IT Investment, IT Planning, Project, Operation, Infrastructure), External Parties - Bank, Payment Gateway, Manage Vendors or Partner, etc. )
- KEEP UP with global trends and technology update, Deep UNDERSTAND business direction and DEVELOP principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.
- DEVELOP high-level use-case of the solution which represents the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required; the desired business outcomes.
- INITIATE annual budgetary plan which includes budgetary of new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enhancement and system transformation.
- Work to REDUCE or REMOVE BOTTLENECKS and INEFFICIENCIES in the Delivery as a whole.
Qualifications
- Minimum University Degree (S1), with major study in Informatics / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering.
- Oracle Fusion certification is an advantage.
Related Experience:
Has experience at minimum 5 years in telecommunication industry, especially in Finance and Procurement Technology and Enterprise technology roadmap design, solution and delivery would be an advantage.

Specific Skillset (Domain):
- Has an excellent knowledge of Enterprise Supply Chain Flow system, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and related enterprise supply chain capabilities.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance integration and financial impact from O2C, P2P, inventory, fulfillment, channel, and payment-related transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Understanding of procurement, supplier flow, purchasing, receiving, inventory, distribution, fulfillment, sales/channel transaction flow, payment gateway handover, billing, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud concepts, including SaaS, PaaS, OIC, APIs, workflow, cloud extension, integration, security, and monitoring.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture, functional design, integration requirements, and implementation approach.
- Strong analytical capability for issue resolution, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to balance standard platform capability, customization, automation, control, scalability, and maintainability.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, finance operations, reconciliation, audit, and financial control.
- Has an Excellent knowledge of Agile Framework and Waterfall Methodology
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end demand lifecycle process (requirement, solution and delivery), budget, governance and resources.
- Has an Excellent end to end Delivery Management (Project Management / Scrum Master / Vendor Management)
- Very good understanding of the overall system architecture and end to end system integration, IT application and system solution and design, database design, infrastructure design and services of the telco
- Very good understanding of the system bucket man-days management, review, optimize and approve bucket to keep budget stability.
- Has a good knowledge in Infrastructure in the area of server, storage, database, cloud & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
- Has a good knowledge of Business Process Framework, Application Framework and Information Framework.
