AVP-Ecosystem Reg. Affairs

Role Purpose:

Managing the digital ecosystem regulation and policy issues from the Regulators, including negotiations and discussions with related internal and external parties to be in line with company’s position.

Scope of Work:

1. Managing digital ecosystem regulation planning and policy:

• Manage analysis of digital ecosystem regulatory issues and propose input so that regulation can be in line with the company's business goals
• Manage the company's new product compliance and ecosystem development with applicable digital ecosystem regulations and propose recommendations for adjustments if the new product is not in accordance with applicable digital ecosystem regulations.

2. Manage External Coordination and Relationship

• Manage discussion with external parties related to digital ecosystem development to be in line with company’s business goal.
• Company representative for any discussion’s forum:

1. Regulator (MoCD) and the Consultants.
2. ATSI
3. MASTEL
4. ASPI
5. APPUI
6. APJII
7. GSMA, APG
8. Other Telco Operators.
9. Bank of Indonesia
10. OJK
11. Bank and other financial service institutions
12. Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Economic, Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, and other Ministries and Agencies
13. House of Representative
14. OG & CKHH Regulatory Team
15. etc.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Digital Business, or Law.

Related Experience:

• Good knowledge in ICT and Digital ecosystem regulation, business, and technology.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in field of ICT and/or Digital business and expert in Indonesian telecommunication and digital regulations.
• Deep understanding in all Indosat’s spectrum and digital licenses along with rights and obligations attached to those licenses.
• Technical understanding in telecommunication and digital technology, especially in relation with Digital Ecosystem.
• Communication and negotiation skill.

Skills:

• Having knowledges in Indonesia Telecommunication & Digital regulatory framework.
• Good communication skills including fluent command of written and spoken English
• Good analytical skills
• Target oriented
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
