Description: 

Role Purpose:

Business Requirement Analysis and Project Management, from liaising with user to analyze and formulate business process and business requirements, ensuring the requirements are well understood by IT Team, and ensuring the deliverables are well accepted by users. Managing business users and analysis team, bridging business needs to technical resources.

Job Desc:

  • Collaborates with different user groups, business partners and IT to understand business model and functional requirements; business requirements and system capabilities
  • Articulates and manages business requirements for technology change;
  • Organized the confirmation of users business requirement
  • Proposes options and recommendations on functional solutions;
  • Creates business cases or business requirement specifications that meet customer requirements; for approval.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and system areas and provide business knowledge support to system enhancement requests;
  • Conduct meeting with related business user to discuss technology improvement and automation process;
  • Organized testing requirements with IT and Users
  • Review the completeness and extensiveness of test scripts.
  • Facilitate users in testing.
  • Identify change management activities required for all projects or any system change initiatives.
  • Coordinate/ Facilitate with business users the training/ awareness or communication that is to be conducted by users.
  • Lead project managers / BA (Business Analyst)
  • Manage system implementer – Vendor or IT
  • Regular progress reports of all projects or BAU (Business As Usual
  • Organize and follow delivery plans as well as balance workload by prioritizing initiatives that follow the business strategy and goals;
  • Monitor all project and ensure it meets user expectation
  • Responsible to create overall project report include budgeting (if any) to stakeholder;
  • Work closely with team member to resolve any project issues that have potential delay and high risk
  • Provide business knowledge support to various projects;
  • Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make  recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals
  • Experience managing ERP application testing;
  • Experience developing training documentation;
  • Experience managing system interface ERP with surrounding systems (Billing, POS, Datawarehouse, other systems)
  • Ability to work and manage work in a constraint environment – Insufficient Resource
