Description: 

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to enable data-driven decision-making by delivering a single source of truth through accurate, reliable, and timely reporting. It is responsible for developing and automating dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and accessibility of insights. The role ensures strong governance of master data and its supporting systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency across the organization. Additionally, it proactively monitors risks and establishes early warning mechanisms to identify potential issues, support mitigation strategies, and safeguard business performance

 

Area of Responsibilities

Key Activities

Single Source of Truth Reporting (BAU & Adhoc) 

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Validate and reconcile data across systems
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks and definitions
  • Handle ad hoc data requests and analysis

Dashboard & Reporting Automation 

•       Design and develop dashboards for business users

•       Automate recurring reports and workflows

•       Optimize data pipelines and reporting processes

  • Continuously improve visualization and user experience

Master Data Management & Governance

  • Define and enforce data governance policies and standards
  • Maintain and update master data across systems
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on data ownership and access controls

Risk Monitoring & Early Warning System 

  • Identify key risk indicators and thresholds
  • Develop monitoring tools and alerts
  • Analyze trends and detect anomalies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on risk mitigation actions

Stakeholder Reporting & Communication

·       Translate data insights into clear, business-friendly narratives

·       Prepare and present regular performance updates to stakeholders

·       Align reporting outputs with stakeholder needs and priorities

·       Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and insights

 

Minimum Requirement

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field

Related Experience:

1.     Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence

2.     Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives

3.     Experience with data modeling, dashboard automation, and reporting frameworks

4.     Experience with data governance and master data management practices

5.     Experience in building “single source of truth” reporting and performance tracking frameworks

6.     Experience leading automation, transformation, or process improvement initiatives

7.     Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change adoption

Skills:

1.     Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, and SQL 

2.     Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

3.     Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 

4.     High attention to detail and execution excellence

5.     Ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive execution across multiple workstreams

6.     Strong communication and influencing skills

7.     Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
