Role Purpose
Ensuring the performance of core network (KPI & KQI) at the best performance level.
Establishing and maintaining performance frameworks and using this to drive the core network improvements.
Maintaining the customer experience index by delivering the best core network performance, including but not limited to top apps latency & packet loss, crowd sourcing platform report, and service operation related activity.
Job Description
Key Performance and Key Quality Indicators
- Understanding the key elements of KPI and KQI of CS and PS Core Nodes,
- Performing analysis on the root cause as well as the solution of any performance degradations,
- Capacity utilization assessment and strategic improvement plan.
Core Network Performance Optimization
- Analysis and optimization of Core Network parameters,
- Proposal initiatives to improve the network performance, considering the business and commercial aspects
Core Network Reporting
- Routine monitoring for core network performance and provide insights to the correlated functions,
- Data assessment to support commercial or business team requirement.
Customer Satisfaction Contribution
- Establish strategic plan to improve the network performance which contribute to customer experience index
Qualification:
- Min bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Experience:
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in CS and PS Core nodes,
Skills:
- Knowledge of Data Core Networks (2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE)
- Application of statistical analysis within performance
- Understanding of CS and PS Core networks and associated technologies
- 2G/3G/4G end to end design elements
