AVP-Circle Alignment & Database Management

Role Purpose

The important responsibility for this role is to own overall strategy for the outright commercial function, working with the relevant vertical Business owners and other groups as obligation for marketing related forecast and also own overall commercial insight to identified potential uplift (revenue, traffic, subs).

Responsibilities

• Creating market analysis that consist of traffic, subscriber, SGE & churn, setting the strategy or revenue numbers with top down and/or bottom-up consolidation.
• To identified any potential uplift (revenue, traffic, subs).

Requirements

Qualification:

Sectors to Source Talent: OTT & Telco, Financial Expert

Skills and Knowledge:

• Min 6 years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry as Business Analyst, Finance, Corporate Planning or Commercial Planning
• Strong and advance skills in spreadsheet, PowerPoint, MySql
• Understand the Telco Industry Business Model; customer views, competitor & industry movement and overall industry trend.
• Ability to link-up the analysis between each Data Financial and Commercial/Business perception
• Ability to link-up the analysis between each of Network Data and Commercial/Business perception

Experience:

• Well-known on the financial perspective.
• Well-known of Commercial Program and activities.
• Well-known of Network technologies and its terminology
• Knowledge of Database system and Business Intelligence Tools will be advantages.

Behavioral Competencies (from Indosat framework):

• Well-known of Indosat networking and organization structure
• Strong background in telecommunication industry encompassing network technologies (RAN, access), commercial (S&D, marketing) and finance
• Strong personality and highly comfortable working in a fast-paced & competitive environment, consistently delivering on the promise of data-driven solution for all Indosat functions and customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact and understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
• Strong people leader with demonstrated success in building teams
