Role Overview
As the AVP – Business Platform Experience Design, you are the primary architect and strategic lead for our digital business platforms. This role responsible for the end-to-end design strategy of innovation initiatives and complex multi-partner ecosystems. You will ensure that all digital products are strategically aligned with business goals while maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design Leadership
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the digital product ecosystem
- Translate high-level business objectives into tangible design strategies for new platforms and innovations.
- Partner directly with product and commercial teams to define and refine the design ecosystem.
Advanced Product Design & UX/UI
- Lead the entire product design lifecycle, from initial research and concepting to prototyping and final implementation.
- Design and develop digital business ecosystems that enable multi-product and multi-partner experiences.
- Identify and design the strategy for complex business portals, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Ecosystem Architecture & Governance
- Manage, contribute and govern the core library of UI assets, ensuring all components are accessible, adaptable, and scalable.
- Write detailed, technical usage guidelines for UI components to assist developers in high-quality implementation.
- Utilize service design principles to build modular frameworks that support future business growth.
Expert Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary design liaison for business executives, product managers, and engineers.
- Effectively communicate complex design decisions, rationale, and progress to non-design stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and user habitual shifts to identify new innovation opportunities.

Technical & Professional Skills
· Service Design Mastery: Deep expertise in building modular, scalable frameworks for complex business ecosystems.
· Systemic Thinking: Ability to manage core UI libraries and create governance documentation for developers.
· Strategic Influence: Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and product roadmaps through design storytelling.
Experience & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
· Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design or UXUI, specifically within B2B portals or enterprise digital ecosystems and support tools is a plus.
· Individual Excellence: Demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end design solutions for large-scale innovation initiatives.
· Independence: Strong ability to work autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while mentoring the broader design community through craft, not management.
