Description: 

Role Purpose

Planning and execution on OOH (Out Of Home), alternative media, traditional outlet, modern channel, gerai and partner store communication & GTM circle, internal & external collaboration, continuous learning & adaptation.

Branding Media 3

  • Ensure brand consistency in any campaign on OOH and alternative media by working with various department and agencies
  • Strategy, planning, & implementation for OOH and alternative branding with good timeline, including mapping and budget calculating
  • Monitoring production & reporting for OOH and alternative media performance

Brand Visibility 3

  • Developing communication & GTM guidelines to keep good AVA and brand metrics and on ground activities
  • Market landscape from Retailer or findings on ground for internal insight
  • Manage GTM on ground activities for any new product/message from Marketing HQ or Circle initiatives
  • Monitoring & reporting performance in any campaigns

Team collaboration

  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplish delegated tasks assigned by managers.
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferably minimum 5 years experiences in brand and marketing communications minimum 1 year in mid management position
  • Proven track record and strong practice in the field of GTM, Brand and Marketing Communications in mobile communication industry.
  • Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
  • Strong engagement & coordination capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
  • Good in people development, supervisory skills and capabilities
  • Result oriented problem solving approach
