Role Purpose:

The Brand Communication Mass Retail Lead is responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies for the mass retail segment. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across ATL, offline and online mass retail channels to drive brand awareness, consideration, and sales effectiveness. The position collaborates closely with marketing, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure optimized brand performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

Workflow:

  • Brand Strategy Execution - Develop and implement mass retail brand communication strategies
  • Campaign Management - Oversee ATL and BTL campaigns tailored for mass retail
  • Performance Monitoring - Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts
  • Compliance & Brand Alignment - Ensure brand messaging aligns with corporate guidelines

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Summary:   

  • Brand Consideration - Percentage of target audience considering the brand for purchase.    
  • Brand Awareness - Recognition and recall rates of the brand in mass retail channels.    
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) - Effectiveness of digital  campaigns in driving traffic.    

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.    
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand communications    
  • Proven expertise in ATL and BTL campaign execution.    
  • Strong analytical skills.    
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation abilities with all stakeholders.    
  • Strong budget management and ROI optimization experience.
