Description: 

Role Purpose

The Assistant VP (AVP) of CVM Monetization is responsible for executing and optimizing customer lifecycle and revenue-generating campaigns. This role leverages customer data, insights, and segmentation to develop and manage personalized offers, promotions, and engagement strategies aimed at increasing ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), reducing churn, and enhancing customer lifetime value.

 

The person oversees product/campaign launch readiness, project execution and cross-functional coordination between CVM, technical, and operational units

 

The position requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem, agile project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial growth. The incumbent will work closely with commercial, marketing, technology, and operations teams to optimize time-to-market, improve customer experience, and maintain high service reliability.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product/Campaign Implementation Strategy: Define and drive the strategy for product and project implementation in alignment with business objectives, successful and timely implementation of B2C products and initiatives, revenue growth from implemented products.
  • Project Execution & Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient execution of projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and risk management, achievement of project milestones and on-time delivery, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) improvement post-implementation.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, seamless coordination between commercial, technical, and operational teams, reduction in product delivery duration and time-to-market.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes for continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making for improving efficiency and market performance, simplification of product and system processes for operational efficiency.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights, generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholder, leverage A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize offer performance.

 

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth from implemented products/campaign. – Measures the IM3 product/campaign revenue, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) improvement post-implementation. (%) – measure of product CSAT.
  • Incremental ARPU. – Measure of incremental ARPU for each of subscriber segment.
  • Pack UU – number of subscribers with Package
  • Number of CVM Channel. – number of channel of CVM

Qualifications

  • Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.
  • Industry Experience – 10+ years of experience in CVM, campaign management, or revenue operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/CVM tools and platform sent.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments (commercial, technical, operations, regulatory) and manage high-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to analyze market trends, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decision-making for business growth.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and revenue optimization techniques.
