Job Responsibilities

Long Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integrated Campaign Execution & Orchestration

  • Translate brand and commercial strategy into campaign execution plans across digital, content, and offline channels.
  • Ensure messaging clarity, audience relevance, and strong value proposition in every campaign.
  • Oversee campaign rollout, monitor execution quality, and ensure on-time, high-standard delivery.

2. Creative Direction & Brand Governance

  • Lead and supervise visual and creative development across Social media
  • Marketing collaterals
  • Sales tools & presentations
  • Internal & external communications
  • Provide clear directions to internal designers and agencies to ensure:
  • Strong, consistent brand identity
  • High-quality and professional output
  • Alignment with business messaging and campaign objectives
  • Act as quality gatekeeper for all outward-facing materials

3. Content Development and Production

  • Oversee development of B2B content (campaign assets, thought leadership, case studies, digital content).
  • Ensure all content reflects clear positioning, strong storytelling, and business relevance.
  • Align messages across channels to ensure one consistent narrative to market.

4. Event & Experience Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of B2B Marketing Events and Customer Engagements.
  • Ensure strong concept development aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Oversee vendors, agencies, and third parties to ensure seamless execution and connected experience.
  • Act as final control point during on-site execution.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with: Product Marketing, Segment Marketing and Channel Marketing Teams to ensure all communications Reflecting actual product capabilities
  • Address market needs and pain points
  • Support lead generation and conversion
  • Ensure marketing output is practical, usable, and impactful for sales teams.

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track performance of campaigns and content across channels.
  • Identify gaps in execution and continuously improve content effectiveness, engagement, and conversion impact.
  • Ensure insights are translated into better future execution.

Requirement

Long Description

  • Min 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in B2B Tech, Telco, ICT, or Digital Solutions.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading teams and managing external working partners.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and offline channels (events and customer engagements).
  • Strong capability in translating complex technology solutions into clear, compelling, and business-relevant messaging.
  • Strong creative judgment with ability to direct designers and agencies to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Experience developing B2B content such as sales kits, case studies, solution narratives, and campaign assets.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing B2B tech events and customer engagements.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and commercial relevance.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor campaign performance and continuously improve execution effectiveness.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, multi-product environment.
