Description:
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunity
- Define road map activities agenda and execution to the appointed SEA per quarterly basis until FY.
- Execute corporate sales activities as planned for Indosat Business services (increase revenue & wallet share).
- Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by customer.
- Coordinate with Major Events to find new customer and increase customer loyalty.
- Prospecting customer and regularly update customer with Indosat B2B products and services
- Manage sales plan
- Validate & update customer credit rating
- Manage sales activities
- Manage pipeline & sales forecast
- Cross/Up Selling
- Manage Bid
- Develop Sales Project Proposals
- Manage sales workforce
- Manage sales performance
- Issue and Distribute Marketing Collaterals
- Manage and track leads
- Execute and achieve functional goals given by Head of Division (Superior)
- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
- Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with Master degree in Business or Technology Management preferable.
- Proven sales executive experience or exceeding targets with min. 10 years of B2B Sales Experience
- Having experience in Sales – Account Manager for Multi Segment, or, Pre-Sales – Sales Consultant or Project Management
- Having knowledge about B2B Sales methodology
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven knowledge and experience in ICT Product
- Proven ability in monitor and evaluate the performance, make recommendations and also ability to give right direction and use initiative and judgment
- Good in English, oral and written
- Good in communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and contingency plans
- Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
- Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
- Have a good knowledge on Telecom, IT services, and Technology.
