Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business services.
  • Evaluate and create program to improve customer productivity in term of services usage.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by customer.
  • Coordinate with Major Events to retain customer and increase customer loyalty.
  • Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from Customer in Bank and Financial Segment

Account Management

  • Prospecting customer and regularly update customer with Indosat B2B products and services
  • Manage sales plan with sales team
  • Validate & update customer credit rating
  • Manage sales team activities
  • Manage all sales team pipeline & sales forecast
  • Cross/Up Selling
  • Manage Bid
  • Develop Sales Project Proposals
  • Manage sales workforce
  • Manage sales performance

Customer Management & Market Analysis

  • Conduct reporting of the sales activities and performance
  • Perform account monitoring and maintenance, Give feedback to Marketing, Product Development and Technical functions concerning trend of service need, market pricing and customer potential.

Sales & Campaign Management

  • Issue and Distribute Marketing Collaterals
  • Manage and track leads

Lead, initiate, and accomplish strategic project with strategic customers.

  • Initiate new project, conducting and lead the action involving marketing, presales, provisioning after-sales team.

Team collaboration

  • Execute and achieve functional goals given by Head of Division (Superior)
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
